In our purpose we have stated the goal of bringing joy to the lives of these wonderful elderly saints, but if the truth be told, it is our lives who are blessed by the relationship. Those who participate in this ministry can testify to the tremendous joy that comes from being a part of this service. These wonderful Christians love God and exhibit such a contagious joy at being able to worship that it is practically impossible not to be affected by their sincere love. We go down to the Bronx to “bring church” to these wonderful people twice a month and each week is better than the last.
